1.
The school reserves the right to postpone or cancel any class.
2. Fees are non-refundable.
3. Once a course is started at this location - 1822015 ONTARIO INC. O/A ONTARIO DRIVING SCHOOL it must be completed at this location
4. 1822015 ONTARIO INC. O/A ONTARIO DRIVING
SCHOOL course consists of 20 hours of classroom theory, 10 hour woorkbooklet (homework) and 10 hours
of private in-car driving lessons.
5. Certification is dependent upon attendance and completion of all classroom (including workbooklet - completed and submitted) and in car sessions. A passing mark of 70% or greater must be obtained in
each.
6. Student must present their driving permit (to in-car instructor), prior to each
car instruction. If the result is a cancellation of doing so, the student
will be charged $40.00, which is due the same day or prior to the next scheduled
lesson.
7. Cancellation of a driving lesson by a student requires a 24-hour advance
notice to the school and/or driving instructor. Failure to do so will result
in a $40.00 charge, which is payable prior to the next scheduled driving
lesson. If there is not anyone available to answer your call personally,
please leave a message. This method is also accepted but the 24-hour notice
still applies. If an emergency arises in less than 24 hours please notify
your instructor or the office immediately.
8 For the classroom sessions the student is required
to bring with them, a pen, paper, driver's handbook and driver's permit.
9. The student will be CERTIFIED in the Driver Education System once the course has been successfully
completed and paid in full.
10. CERTIFICATION PROCESS: Once the student has completed the full course - including the 20 hours of classroom, the workbooklet (required sheets completed, signed & submitted) and 10 hours of in-car driving lessons (signatures are required from the student for each lesson and on evaluation) this will begin the Certification Process. We allow our driving instructor's 24 hours to hand in the student's record. At this point then it will take apporximatley 15 BUSINESS DAYS to record the student's information in the Ministry of Transportation - Driver Education System. This will allow the student to be eligible to book and have a G1 Road test (G1 to G2).
11. TO OBTAIN A DRIVERS'S LICENCE HISTORY (CERTIFICATE) FOR POSSIBLE INSURANCE PURPOSES:
- Once the student is in the system this will allow them to get a Driver's License History (Certificate)
- The student can go to any Driver and Vehicle License issuing Office in the city of London or Ontario, request a Drivers License History for $12.00, along with their Drivers License and the Drivers Licence History Application (The Driver and Vehicle License Issuing Offices do not provide this form). This can be obtained from out office located at: 366 Oxford Street E Unit 3B or be printed off our website:

PLEASE NOTE: 1822015 ONTARIO INC. O/A ONTARIO DRIVING SCHOOL is an M.T.O. Approved Beginner Course Provider and is recognized by the Insurance Industry but the Driver's Licence History does not guarentee a discount for Insurance. The final decision of a discount and how much is up to the insurance company.
12. I authorize 1822015 ONTARIO INC. O/A ONTARIO DRIVING SCHOOL to release any
information required on my registration form, student record and in the Driver Education System to the Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and Insurance Council of
Canada (ICC). |
